I love what the train does best, but it is so hard to get the app to work, the kiosk to work and to effectively get things fixed when they don’t work. There is no protocol for communicating to IT when there is a problem with a customers profile and it is up to the customers to communicate these problems. The issue is that nobody responds until you get real salty.
FIX YOUR APP AND DIGITAL MANAGMENT. You are a digital based platform and I feel like I am in a Terry Gilliam film trying to get your service to work for me.
