Not useful at all

Folalla

First time I used it, the app crashed when submitting payment. The screen flickers when you go into certain areas. Seems like sometimes it goes in loops (reloads, displays, reloads) and overall lots of bugs. You would think they have staff testing this app before it launches. In general bad app. Hope the service isn’t like this

Slow app

Twin Star Rocket

Brightline is great, the app is not. Better off booking through the website.

Work in Progress?

LenRob

The app appears unfinished. Was never able to get past the fare page on a one-way trip, even though booking the web site on the iPhone was smooth as silk. Also, when creating an account, entering a password required at least 6 characters. But at page submission, password requirement changed to “8-24 characters”. Confusing, but easy for the developer to correct.

Very slow app

Hajimir

The app is working very slowly, a yellow train keeps running at the background and nothing happens!!

Too many hiccups

Dimline

Buy one ticket app works great. Try to buy 4 tix, input 4 riders, choose 4 seats, enter payment details and press purchase. The app closes. Do this all over again and the same result. If I did it 3 times I would be insane. I’m not.

Just no

Santa Trevor

$15 each way. Bad business. Take the Tri Rail

Slow, clunky, confusing

Prezpat

While the app is “convenient”, it is extremely slow to load, the buttons are sometimes difficult to see/touch (iPhone X at the bottom), it is somewhat confusing to do simple things. Most confusingly, it doesn’t support  Wallet, which would make accessing/seeing/showing your ticket while on the to much easier. Good first step, but needs ALOT of work to simplify, speed up and make easy to use.

Horrible app

Ninobrown1022

This app does not work. I have purchased a 3 month pass and I am not able to book my rides. Seriously one of the worse app rollouts I’ve ever seen.

Lots of work left to do on this

Sc-79

Trust me, I am all for Mass transit and. Getting cars off the roads, etc but let me first say ... 60-80 dollars round trip for two people from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm is ridiculous! The app is tedious at best to negotiate. The times I select seem to be irrelevant, and brightline selects them for me. It stalls, freezes, and crashes. It all looks glitzy, but $80 bucks round trip to West Palm is an epic failure and just a tourist feature, does nothing for the working class or residents to improve their lives.

Needs big improvement

This app is terrible. It crashes constantly. Also I was told that I get a $5 credit for signing up for it which of course I never got
