App is as slow as their "fast" trains...

Leo B DumpTrump

App is very slow, freezing many times while trying to purchase tickets.

Great train, great staff, horribly unreliable app

The only reason I tolerate how many times the app has effectively made me miss a train is because the train and the staff are amazing. Please fix the app so commuters like me can book and change trains easily.

Great Train, Horrible App

Gordon13ombay

The app is completely unusable. Better off going through the website or using the terminal in the stations. Whoever developed it is incompetent and will probably read this/rationalize a defense in their heads. Just stop. Scrap it. Start over. The app is completely and utterly worthless.

Fix the app

Bdvgsghejnw

Great ride and service. However the app needs updating. Must sign in everytime, make it work like the uber or lyft apps.

Better signage

PB Ron

Overall excellent. In WPB there is no sign showing where the parking garage elevator is located. Thanks

Horrible app and website

I’m a monthly pass holder. The app is horrible. Whoever wrote the app needs to take a coding class. The app crashes every time you want to change your seat, logs you randomly, QR code does not display half of the time and is horribly slow!

Almost there

Ninobrown1022

The app has improved significantly in recent months. The speed at which tickets come up is more than acceptable. Other functions in the app still have issues. Changing or editing tickets crashes app and still can’t upgrade ticket though app.

No Support For Apple Wallet!

RLS1

This app really needs to add support for Apple Wallet to allow passengers to have quick access to their tickets and not deal with app connectivity and login problems/delays when trying to scan their ticket. The app is sometimes quite slow and often challenges you for your password and the wifi doesn’t always work well making it a big hassle to open the app, login and search for your ticket when you’re in a hurry. Also, the barcode scanners don’t work very well when your phone brightness is low - Apple Wallet would take care of this by temporarily brightening the screen when scanning.

Bad, slow, and frustrating

elguapo_real

Why don’t you make a native app? The experience is terrible. It feels like an Android app. Super buggy, slow, very frustrating. Nothing about this experience is modern or frictionless.

Terrible Service

Skip this! Absolutely abysmal service. Brightline may or may not get you to your destination. It’s like playing the lottery - who knows? You may get lucky. One things for certain, you’re their worst customer - and they’ll make sure you know that.
