This app is an amazing app and I’ve bought from it a few times but I wanted to let the creators know that I can’t open the app right now and it’s annoying me a bit.

As a reseller they take out so much money out of your profit, they even charge you to cash-out your earnings plus the fee they take is crazy.
Accountability, and Customer service is terribly flawed.

Goat sold me clearly fake pair of Jordan 1s, Verification process along with, having to wait for another deposit while charging you a second fee is a business savy scam. Lastly, a package of mines was stolen, the claim was approved by ups Goat failed to respond to my msgs or my problem promptly. In addition, you guys tried to withhold from sending me the money which was sent via check by ups.

They will charge you fees normally for selling. Thy will also charge tyou to withdraw the funds

i ordered a pair of air jordan retro’s, volt gold. the ordered went through, they took the money off of my card and then proceeded to sent me an email saying there was a problem processing my payment and my order was canceled. AFTER taking the money off of my card. bye i should’ve went to stockx.

I received the wrong size, then had to pay for the return shipping for store credit. Fine, but upon getting another pair of shoes, there’s a HOLE in one! Naturally I would like to return these as well, but the shipping costs to and from GOAT was about to exceed the cost of the shoe itself! With no way out of it, I asked if I could get a full refund as that seems reasonable and fair for having two bad orders in a row. Carlos from their support copied and pasted their professional reply after reply and gave me $10 store credit for my inconvenience. Really? There wasn’t even a phone line I could call. Horrible experience, I do not recommend them to anyone.
