I got my shoes a week ago and fedex says that they are in Germany and they have been there for a week. I don’t know it feels super sketchy I really hope I did not just just get scammed 150 dollars.

Do not buy shoes from this app, if I can give 0 starts I would ! I live in the US and I purchased a pair of yeezy foam runners they are being sent from the UK and with COVID restrictions they won’t be here anytime soon. I have been waiting for weeks now and I don’t even have a delivery date. The box keeps getting scanned at the same place everyday. It’s not FedEx fault. I just don’t know why they would send them from the UK when things take forever to get shipped. They should have sent me a pair that was within the US.

Constantly logs me out my account then on top of that tells me my password is wrong it’s so annoying…then I have to go back and try to find my password

Fiancé bought human races from them as a Christmas gift to me. They came from Hong Kong(which didn’t bother me) and the box was in terrible condition(in there standard it was “good”), shoes where not new like it said it was. Seems like they were siting around and been squished. Customer service is terrible. Take forever to reply and they would NOT take the shoes back!!! They authenticated the shoes and stated it was NEW which was a LIE! When we tried to return the shoes, it shipped to NJ instead of back to Hong Kong. They stated they could not take the shoes back due to the shoe and box condition. They authenticated the shoes and would not even accept it back in the same condition they sent it to us. They will Lie and Steal your money!!!

The app has all the shoes you can think of but they take way too long for refund when seller cancels my order I just wish they just gave the money automatically like they take the money as soon as I buy it also the the shipping and tax are insanely high

This company is a joke. They will take as much money from you as they possibly can. I ordered 300+ dollar shoes for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. The shoes were authenticated and the shoe condition was reported as ‘new’ and the box was in ‘good condition.’ We received shoes that were squished, discolored, and in a beat up box. When we tried to return them, and paid to return them, they would not accept them. They told me I can either swindle someone else and let them re-sell the shoes that are unacceptable to me and to them apparently, or pay them AGIAN for them to send me unacceptable shoes for the second time. Absolutely ridiculous. As a buyer you should question the integrity and standards of this company. Customer service is a nightmare. They take forever to respond, say the same thing over and over, and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I will NEVER do business with them again.
