BE WARY they hit you with a 2.9% transaction fee to get money out of the app...this is on top of the 10% they keep from the actual trade. It’s 2021 these are the only guys still hitting you with fees out the door, even a bank deposit has 2.9%. OUTRAGEOUS

Your customer service will respond to an open ticket and then disappear for a week+ until they respond again. Shouldn’t they close-out a ticket before moving onto the next in queue? Also, what’s with the credit glitch? Both the Goat and Alias apps are not correctly showing what I should have. If your customer rep would respond to my inquiries, we could probably figure this out. What happened to your Customer Service? You used to be better than your competition. Not so much anymore. I’m so disappointed.

There is not an obvious selection on the app or website to checkout with multiple items which requires placing multiple orders and paying extra for shipping.

Goat is honestly a GAMECHANGER for sneaker heads. They have so many sneakers that you can look at on feet with the AR try on and it really helps you pick what you think fits you best.

Kiss your money goodbye! I paid $250.00 over a month ago & I still don’t have the shoes & I can’t get in touch with anyone. I don’t want to download an app just to check on my purchase! I will NEVER order from GOAT again! I guess they just took $250 from me & I have nothing!! Merry Christmas, GOAT!!

It’s distasteful that your company charges a fee for the sneaker purchase and then you charge a 2.9% fee to withdraw the money sold from the sold sneaker to transfer into my bank account. The first fee should have been suffice. Now an extra fee to withdraw the money into my bank account. That is very distasteful and makes me not want to sell anymore product on your platform.
