I ordered shoes from these guy’s they didn’t fit me then I’ve returned it but I didn’t got credit I can use it’s the worst app u can use tell your friends to delete this crap
I received a fake shoe

They shipped me a shoes that was not authenticated properly. It had so many details that they did catch. I emailed them and they did nothing for me!
App is so easy to use.

They don’t resolve your problem and they keep on telling things over and over. You cannot contact them through just by email and when you email them, they won’t help you.

I’ve used goat 3 times. From those 3 times only 1 was successful to get to me. They give the seller almost 3 days to confirm your order. If they don’t do it they’ll “find a replacement “ which means let us waste more of your time. Customer service are just bots. It’s completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I ordered my shoe on the 20th of Jan hoping it’ll be here in 7 days like that said on their website. But no, in the first few days they took the money from my account no confirmation of the order whatsoever. 19 days later I’m still waiting on the shoes listening to their excuses. Very disappointed and dissatisfied will not be buying again !

Worst app I’ve ever used. I ordered a pair of shoes 1 month ago and still haven’t got them. I would prefer to just go to stock X.
Glitchy app causes client to lose money

The app had several glitches which made the process very difficult for me to sell. The company ended up co-signing my shoes (due to a logistical issue caused by their app malfunction). They never asked for a list price from me and sold the shoes for $100 less than market value without asking me. Customer service is no help and gives generic responses not tailored to your particular situation.
