Terrible customer service. No returns for money back

They do not offer returns for money back. Also, people sell shoes that are often available online at finish line or elsewhere for cheaper so you pay more for what exactly? I ordered pair on 9/4 and still have not received my shoes and it is now 9/10. This is because it takes so long between seller shipping to verification to now shipping to me for pair shoes that are marked up $40 from what they are on finishline. They have no way for you to contact them over phone and will only allow contact using email. I will be returning shoes for store credit and will try and use it on pair that I absolutely can not get elsewhere otherwise complete waste of money. After that I will not be a returning customer. Really disappointed with my experience.

I sent a pair of sneakers that were brand new.. At a sneaker store you try sneakers on for 30 - 60 sec .. This is what I did - literally brand new sneakers , and they are saying the sneakers are used.. This is ridiculous. They were inspected by specialists !!? Really ?!!!!? And these are now worn !!?? They are now trying to charge me 42 dollars to ship back or consign as used ... This is disappointing and I have no respect for them !!! Please spread the word .. I will ...
