Horrible Customer Service – GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel Review

I received the wrong size, then had to pay for the return shipping for store credit. Fine, but upon getting another pair of shoes, there’s a HOLE in one! Naturally I would like to return these as well, but the shipping costs to and from GOAT was about to exceed the cost of the shoe itself! With no way out of it, I asked if I could get a full refund as that seems reasonable and fair for having two bad orders in a row. Carlos from their support copied and pasted their professional reply after reply and gave me $10 store credit for my inconvenience. Really? There wasn’t even a phone line I could call. Horrible experience, I do not recommend them to anyone.
