I have purchased too many shoes over the years to accept higher shipping cost, taxed goods on a secondary market, with late arrivals and bad customer service!

If you order shoes from this site, you shouldn’t have to ask for them to be shipped to you. I ordered them, then I want them.

I should not have to download your app to make a purchase. First time buying from goat & Your app was NOT user friendly at ALL. Feral hater the experience and one more issue with that app and I would’ve paid MORE on Stock X just because it was totally annoying to just have to go through ALL that to buy a pair of sneakers?

To many fees. Customer services is slow. And the authentication process works for the customer only. Not the seller. Then when it’s all said and shipped. You get more fees to actually get your money.
This app is trash to use.

Horrible buyer service they canceled a whole shoe sale because of extra missing laces which you can buy online for 5$ I was a loyal customer and seller on this app but after this incident I would not be using them anymore horrible buyer and customer service
