Don’t Recommend!

I thought this bank was great in the beginning but I quickly saw how that changed! The overdraft fees are RIDICULOUS! I was charged 5 times for each transaction when in overdraft! Despite me getting a direct deposit the next day to clear my overdrafts. I’ll stick to chime!


App freezes

This app constantly freezes and you have to reinstall. Then you lose all the data. Also the transaction history only shows 4-5 transaction. Why!? ?


Worst “Bank” Ever

Terrible app for cameras

Had GoBank for years. No issues. Was forced to go to GO2Bank and GoBank transferred everything to GO2Bank. I had already had a GO2Bank account so now I have two. I used the add money via debit card to one of my GO2Bank accounts to the other. Because a debit card is a debit card right? Wrong! GO2Bank can not send money they can only receive money is what Arriane Kaye told me when I was on the phone and the online chat told me it was a “system error “ so now I have $200+ missing and it will take 10 days to return to my account. I’m glad they think bills can wait. I have been on hold for over an hour to speak to a manager because I have done this before and it worked but now magically it doesn’t because as I was told GO2Bank only receives money, they can’t send it. But yet GoBank had a pay your friends feature which worked great so why was I forced to go to GO2Bank when it doesn’t even have the same things as GoBank?!? I can tell you this all my direct deposits and being moved and I’m closing all GO2Bank accounts after I get my money back. Here a Christmas with two kids and bills, I can’t afford “system errors” when I’ve had no problem before.

Created a GO2bank account last month, still haven’t received my card yet. Told them on the app that I haven’t received it yet, still haven’t gotten it. Utterly useless. Avoid this bank at all costs!!!


This app is infuriating

Firstly, the customer service is awful they literally have no solutions for issues . They make it virtually impossible to get your money if god forbid you lose or damage your card. The bank itself doesn’t work when trying to pay bills. Stripe doesn’t take it . It’s useless


Better off at the DMV

Everyone complains about customer service at the DMV, but the DMV would feel like a vacation in the Bahamas if compared to GO2bank customer service. Absolutely zero banking knowledge. No one has any idea what’s going on. If you are thinking about opening an account with GO2bank save your time and just put the money under your mattress.

I love my card and the easy way I can add and transfer money to and from my card. Some cards are so difficult when it comes to adding money or transferring money.

I have been jumping through hoops for THREE WEEKS now trying to get the bonus I was promised for signing up with them. Every time it is “we need this…” or “please verify that…” and I have done everything they have asked until I said enough is enough, either do as you have promised or don’t and close my account. I was supposed to get said bonus within 48 hours per their own terms and conditions and I have now wasted hours of my time trying to get this sorted out. Worst. Bank. And. Customer. Service. EVER. Update: still haven’t received my bonus. Thanks for the response, but I am well aware of the terms and conditions. It has already been confirmed that I qualify. But for some reason they keep shoving me around and demanding I provide more info or wait another 24-48 hours. Someone was supposed to call me back today…how much you wanna bet they won’t? I was literally in tears the other night by the time I spoke to the last person I talked to. Just terrible that a company would EVER make a customer of theirs fee THAT frustrated and mistreated by them. Update: still haven’t received my bonus. BUT my call gets escalated every time. About 3 times a week. Surely, something would happen after that much escalation? You would think anyhow…. Update: still nothing. Someone was supposed to call me today and update me. Never did. This bonus was, again supposed to be deposited within 48hrs of completing the conditions. That was at least a month ago. I have been told that this would be resolved within 24-48 hours at least 5 times with at least 48 hours in between. It has been confirmed multiple times I qualify and have met their conditions still nothing. Guess I will update again after I call (again) tomorrow. Another update, the “developer” keeps responding with the same scripted response. I already received my email. I also already spoke to your so-called “customer service” and am now dealing with your corporate resolution people. Nobody has come up with a resolution yet. So, in another 48 guess I get to call again. Update: it is now late Monday night early Tuesday, still haven’t heard from anyone and didn’t have a chance to call yesterday. But you had better believe I am calling today. I qualified for my bonus on October 27th and STILL have not received it nor been given any further info. This is unacceptable.
