Very disappointed

Opened up account and had my pay deposited into the account. But they neglected to inform me I would not be able to access my funds until after I received and activated my de it card. They provided me a virtual card number with expiration and cvv but it is not correct and I am unable to link this account to PayPal or Venmo. More or less. I have money sitting in an account that for the next 6-7 days I cannot access. I do not recommend this app or bank for anyone.

It’s a good bank app. But it has to many bugs. It freezes constantly. It sometimes lets me transfer money from my other banks debit card to this checking account and then sometimes it doesn’t.. I set up direct deposit with this bank.. I really hope nothing goes wrong.

I am in able it will not process the payment this account kicks it back for no explanation and tied up funds unnecessary thing to do I hope you fix this glitch other then that I love the app and it’s great in all other areas I would highly recommend other then this one issue I keep having . Thank you Go bank

I had fraudulent charges on my card and they said it will take 30 business days to remove. The 2 places that charged are know for fraudulent charges and other banks automatically block but not go2. They are a scam bank. Go2 bank developer replied with call them they will help, I did they said 30 business days to remove fraudulent charges. Other banks stop these companies from charging automatically that you allowed. Do not use Go2 bank.

Don’t believe any of these rave reviews this bank is terrible. You can’t transfer money out, only in so if you receive any money and haven’t received your card yet good luck!

By far the worst mobile banking I have ever dealt with I do not recommend it to anybody. Make sure you don’t forget your phone number if you change it because otherwise they can’t help you and then you have to close it down and probably lose your money!!! Crooks

So only reason why this is 1 star is because transferring money. As of lately when I transfer money over 100 it cause the screen to say error and when that happens. The money gets taken out of my other account and never shows up in the new account. And this happened when I try to transfer 1000 over and it never showed up. I even called customer service. And they didn’t solve the issue.

I love the app works good everything works well didn’t have no problems tell I learned u couldn’t upload money off the app to another card . You can only transfer money on the app and the card but the money on there can’t be moved once it’s there.
