When you have a bank they’re supposed to make it easier for you to use but since I’ve had the card it’s like living in the Stone Age , you can’t send money to other people at all, you can’t withdraw funds through the cash withdrawal from Walmart like they say you can, can’t deposit money from any atms ,don’t file any disputes on any unauthorized transactions because they’re not going to give any money back,long hold times and representatives that don’t know what they’re doing.reason I only gave them 2 starts Is because they came in clutch once when I needed to overdraft $200 for an emergency.(ONLY WITH QUALIFYING DIRECT DEPOSIT THATS IT.)I’ve had them since 2016 btw

Get my card. Load money on it for the first time for my road-trip. And…. It’s gone. It posted but 0 money available. As an extra kick to the groin. The investigation should know in 24 hrs where my money went. As for me I’m stuck at a gas station stranded because I chose this bank. I’m stuck at a gas station, having to sleep in my car and I’m going to miss my dad‘s funeral tomorrow because I chose to stick my money in this bank . Best Believe I’m going to take legal action if I end up sick for gas I get robbed.AVOID!!!!!!!

Currently the app doesn't work- log in has not worked for 2 days (have to log in on browser to view statements). No sign an update is coming either. Go2Bank does not use Plaid either so you are limited in account access features and moving money between outside accounts. No widgets so you can't access your balance on home screen like Chime, Cash App, the big banks, or...well, just about any other online banking service.

I purchased a debit card for the purpose to reload the card monthly for my Mother. I was told upon activation that the account use is limited and that I just need to use the balance up. No solution to fix the issue. Do think about opening an account using an e-mail previously used. They offer no solution for that either!!
