This app is completely useless. It lies about arrival times. Its design makes no sense. And Metro wonders why their ridership is down... ?

People who are unfamiliar with LA transit will have a very frustrating time navigating with this app because each specific location lists ALL the busses and trains in the general vicinity. The labels on the lines make it even more difficult to decipher just where they are going unless you are very familiar with the geography. Simple qualifiers like “westbound” and having each stop list ONLY the busses which actually stop there would be a huge improvement.

The most recent update is really awful. I'll click on a stop and instead of just giving me timed for that one stop I also get it for like 6 other stops not even nearby. Not to mention its harder to read now when you do click in to a stop because they're double label the stops so I don't even know what stop it's talking about when I'm looking for arrival times. I really hate this update and have missed my bus on SEVERAL occasions because the app makes it so unclear and difficult to know when a bus is coming where.

What heppened? Who thought this was a good idea? This app was so perfect and seamless before..this update ruined it! It's super slow to load and not user friendly at all anymore. You have to scroll through every bus line at each corner at every stop and it's very difficult to figure out which direction the lines are going in.. IT'S A MESS!! Please go back to the previous version!

Latest update is making the app unstable and keeps crashing all the time. Second. Why on earth you need to know my location all the time? That's weird, creepy but also drains my cellphone battery. Please fix it. My fares and taxes already are paying for this app and the best you can do is this horrible app.

The old version was cool. It was simple. It would say the stop and if you click the stop, it’ll show you what bus stops there. Now I click on a stop and it gives me ALL THE STOPS FROM LIKE A 5 MILE RADIUS. Y’all need to change this or change it back. It’s wack af and I don’t even know when the bus is coming.

The most recent version of this app makes it so confusing to navigate that most of the time I just prefer not to use it at all. I used to rely heavily on this app before the update. It was not perfect, but it was certainly manageable and resourceful. With the most current version, you’re lucky if you can even find the stop or transit line you’re looking for. Navigating the interface is both confusing and frustrating...sometimes to the point where I just don’t bother. Its is absolutely quantity over quality with this update. The application is packed with unorganized information that becomes overwhelming to filter through. There should be two choices: map or list. On either you should have an option to concisely select from your geographic surroundings or simply search all lines. From that point a user should be able to select a direction for that transit line and view arrival times by stop. As a public transportation user I do NOT recommend this app, and I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND the developers to redesign a tool that is useful.
