Completely inaccurate

I have no problem using the app, but it’s useless because it contains phantom buses and it’s missing buses entirely. I think it’s just randomly right occasionally. You can also text “metro 1234” (1234 as the stop number) to 41411 and you will get completely different predictions about bus arrival times. They are both from Metro. I have no idea why this is, but I found the text to be way more accurate.
Garbage.

This app would actually need to make improvements before I could even call it user-unfriendly. It’s just a lump of space on my phone in its current state. It doesn’t recognize any address I type into it, it’s not intuitive, and it took me 20 minutes to find the trip planner.

The times are all wrong. It says a certain time the bus will arrive and it doesn’t even match the ETA google maps has. So I end up just sitting here not even knowing where the bus will arrive here while I’m late for work. The old app was way more accurate with the time tables. Why change over?

the new update is so bad that i deleted the app, it shows you a list of bus near you, even know i want to see only my bus what time does it come, but new update is bad you can’t even find my bus anymore unless

Such a horrible app for transit have the people that design this app ever rode the bus? What happened to the live tracker the times shown dont ever match when the bus will arrive your busses are always late never on time I need to see the live tracker

The LA Metro app has always been tricky when it comes to accuracy depending on the road conditions/traffic Metro buses encounter but before the recent Fall 2017 updates the app was for the most part accurate and it previously allowed users to view (on certain routes) where their bus was in real time. The new version of the app is really unpredictable and seldom accurate. The worst aspects of the recent update which showed the arrival times of every bus route in every direction near you has been addressed but this crucial app needs a lot of work in order to serve the thousands of commuters who depend on this public service.
Small fixes, still not accurate.

The develop fixed the “multiple arrivals for different lines on a single bus stop” annoyance. However, the time arrivals is so freaking inaccurate. For example, the bus will “arrive” in “five minutes.” More than five minutes passed and the bus haven’t arrived yet. When I refresh the bus stop, the nearest bus will arrived in ten minutes. Seriously, I already waited almost fifteen minutes under the hot sun for a bus that supposed to be “accurately” arrived in less than that time period. Hell, Google Maps is more accurate on bus time arrivals than this app. Go use it. Much better than this crud, will save you a headache. Also BETA?! No, just no. Fix the inaccuracy or allow users to downgrade back to 3.5.5z

KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid! 1.) Make search able to find my location on map and show me where the rail or bus stations are near me. 2.) I dont carry a bus or rail schedule, let me search stations by multiple ways including city, street name, address, GPS location, station name, route number. 3) Make it easy for me to get from point a to point b. 4) Let me easily set point markers on the map for Point A and Point B, and automatically show me the route on the map, when i touch a spot on the map, i want to see stations and stops at the vacinity. 5) I need to be able to see all rail systems that connect to Metro rail like Metrolink. For instance this app could not map Goldline Pasadena to Glendale Metro Rail Station.
