The update of schedules just happened and now the app will not show arrival times or itineraries. Hoping for an update to fix this issue. If i didn’t know the schedules, I’d be lost.

I highly recommend Transit • Bus & Subway Times by Transit App, Inc. instead because this app is a complete joke! At the time of this review, there is no live data showing where the Green Line trains are located and the arrival times are constantly way off. The app frequently freezes and needs to get restarted. I have been using this app for a long time and it doesn’t seem to improve, it actually seems worse now than when I first got it. This app does quite the opposite of encouraging people to embrace public transportation and is a complete disgrace. Get Transit • Bus & Subway Times by Transit App, Inc. because at the time of this review, live train location data appears to be working and each time it says a train is arriving - lo and behold, there’s the train! It’s not rocket science and these guys did it right! I’m really upset with Metro because I voted for measures to better fund them. I’ve also begun paying for parking that used to be free. If this is the best they can do, well, I don’t know what to say other than they should be ashamed of themselves.
Worst crashing app ever easier way to get around ! Siri

This app is a complete epic fail crashes, freezes, the loading ends up in crashing, and when finally starts to work simply won’t load anything. Better use Moovit I didn’t the previous reviews cause I have use this 10 yrs ago but my son needed directions on bus to work and oh my God Siri gives you more accurate information or google or this other amazing app Moovit —> 45,527 on best app ever won’t lie I’m a very good on using reviews but this time I thought was like before maybe 10 yrs ago was great no is horrible. You know it’s bad when it changes the fastest route and suggests longer ways to get to your destination. The app crashes regularly, wrecks my battery, and wastes my time.

I am a regular ride for the metro (train and bus) system and I would recommend to all my friends who have complained about the brutal commute to and from work. I thought this app would provide me with more real time and updates regarding the bus arrival time so I can correctly figure out a time to leave my house versus standing at the bus sign for over 20+ minutes for its arrival, which it does not. I also wish the app would allow me to reload my card versus taking me to the site and have the reloaded dollar amount be available immediately. I have instances where I reloaded online using my credit card but it was unavailable yet when I hopped on the bus which caused the ugly embarrassing honk sound for rejection so I had to walk 5+ miles to the train station to activate the card since the fare is ready up to an hour at the rail stations versus 24-48 hours for the busses. All in all, I deleted the app immediately after I downloaded because it does not provide me with the information that I need. Please fix your metro system app for all the riders that use this public transit in Los Angeles!

Everything I try to do on this app causes it to crash. Don’t get it. Waste of time.
Daytime - decent/nightime - useless
Super buggy??
For some reason this app doesn’t show bus arrivals at night. A half dozen times I’ve put in the arrival stop and it shows “no arrivals”. Meanwhile, I see the BUS APPROACHING! So many bugs. Guess that’s where the money for the minimum wage increase went.

There is a bus that runs right by my house and I cannot get a planned trip to produce any itineraries. Totally useless. Zero Stars.
