Every bus station isn't showing a arrival time saying that there are no busses running

This app continuously has problems with finding the bus times, either it gives the wrong bus arrival or its super late.

December 12, 2017. Today, this app is not working. It is not displaying bus time arrivals. It is displaying wrong train names and arrival times. I depend on public transportation and This app allows me to manage my arrival and departure times. FIX IT

Often more accurate than Google Maps.

The old app worked fine. The redesign, now old itself, doesn’t work at all. It is extremely complicated, and TOTALLY INACCURATE on arrival times. I liked knowing ahead of time when several buses or the metro would arrive. Now it shows only one, and that one wrong (over a year of use).

Poorly Thought Out Upgrade

Don't upgrade if you haven't already. Not only is the UX and UI confusing and difficult to use, but the times are not correct. I compared this to the old app on another phone and the old app has correct times. If I were to use the new app I would of missed the bus. Also the previous version included buses arriving within 1 1/2 hours out. This one does not.

This app is amazing and as a commuter student it really comes in handy. But the app also has some bug that need to be taken out, my app never shows the bus schedules I have to go to arrivals.

Please don’t alter this update as of 1/3/2018

The last update was horrible. This one is back to normal and understandable.

This app is ridiculous, and I PAID for this app? Reported arrival times are off by up 15 min, which kind of defeats the whole point (you’d be better off using a paper timetable)! Or better yet, use a free app like LA Next Bus (free if you don’t want the ad-free version).

Android version is better

This app is very confusing compared to the Android version. In the Android verison you click on the hamburger icon and you get a list of all bus lines. You select the bus line and get all the atops the bus makes. Click on your stop and you get the time the bus will get there. On this IOS version you have to search for the bus line. Once you find it you get the bus stops but clicking on the does nothing. Also I cant seem to be able to select the bus route.
