I read on two devises and have a hard time picking up on my iPad where I finished reading on my phone. I have yet to find a bookmark, but I have found how to highlight text. It seems to transfer that highlight pretty reliably (thankfully), but I have to scroll -not search- for it. I also like to read in bed and I can’t figure out how to lock the screen in portrait view within the app and move the iPad to landscape view.

The first time I used I chose English as the language. Was so not English. Finally chose one that was actually English. Second time I used it finally allowed me to scroll side to side and I had set just right. Worked for next day then opened to double columns. Merry didn’t change! This is upsetting! I am disabled and have a certain way that’s easy. Why does it keep changing?

App is truly crappy. Going page to page is a challenge. Lost an entire chapter. Cannot understand why anyone would choose this app to use. Harlequin is force feeding it to their subscribers. Haven’t been able to finish a book using this app.
bookshout was better
I just purchased 15 books for an upcoming vacation. I can’t get them to open in any form unless I am willing to skip the first 2 chapters and start at chapter 3. Sorry I just spent so much money on harlequin.com for books I can’t read.

Very glad to have the two-column option for the iPad! I also like being able to change the text size and spacing , as well as right side column flush/not flush. Am hoping though that you will be offering night shift soon? I turn my screen waaay down at night, but still not as effective as the black background with white text offered by iBook. Just a suggestion...thanks!

Takes forever to load. At times having to delete app and start over. Missing chapters with downloads. Not impressed

The only thing I’m not fond of is that it doesn’t always go to the last read page but I’ve found this true of Kindle and iBooks also. I wish there was a way to bookmark a page but haven’t found that option yet. I use this app for Harlequin books and their previous app was REALLY bad so this is a great improvement!

I was forced into using this by my ebook subscription. It locks up so much that it is unusable. I read a few pages, then it skips back several pages. I’m forced to use the page slide function to move ahead of where I’m at, then go backward several pages. It cannot handle if someone can read a page faster than every 4 minutes. Unfortunately I’m stuck using this. And I’m not using it on a wired device. I’m on an IPad Pro. Wish I could give it zero stars since I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times so far. Grrrrrr......

My biggest issue with this app is that it doesn’t keep your page when you leave the app; when you come back you’ve been either moved forward an unknown amount of pages or it goes backwards, either way you waste a lot of time finding where you were so you can continue reading. Also, instead of listed in order of newest purchased books first you have to go through all the books to find them, should have options for sorting the books.?
