Still buggy
still buggy after update
The app through the Kindle Fire browser would lock up after 8 pages - requiring exit of browser, restart, re-find where I was at. There is not an app available for Amazon Kindle Fire, so I went to an Apple device and downloaded from the Apple App Store. Re-entered from the Harlequin link - and started reading. All of a sudden, the book starts repaging itself back to the cover. It will not hold its place. ARGH!!!! Went to find where I was at. The app says I need to be at the cover - scrolling backwards without any guidance from the user. Version is 3.5.9 most recent available per the App Store. Read me notes says bugs were fixed. Even more bugs are available for fixing.

It crashes all the time. For some reason, search doesn’t work. It doesn’t always sync well. Worst of all, doesn’t have bookmark capability. Frustrating!!!

The app is improving with each update. It is still not stable but the thing that bugs me is why give ridiculous things like emojis, why not a basic function like a bookmark?

At first I thought it was too close to reality , then it pushed off from reality only to jolt me back to reality . Good read ,tension, twists and turns and the ultimate surprise twist . Enjoyed it . So close to reality it makes me quake.

The app is intuitive. I haven’t used any of the sharing tools. I much prefer to read on my own and not be part of a book club. There are two features I’d like added. The first is an easy way to bookmark a page so that I can return quickly to the same spot. The other is to have a visual queue on the page showing my progress to the daily goal.

I’m a Kindle fan and don’t like the Glose reader. Even more I am disappointed that Harper Collins Christian Publishers didn’t tell me before I purchased the book that I would have to use their reader.

Total bs app. Angry I put this junk on my phone...and now being spammed by an app that I loath, that sent me into loop hell and messed up my phone. The main reason I have an iPhone vrs. an android...to avoid garbage disrturctive apps like this...and oops, here it is ..apple should prevent garbage like this from being in there app store or there rep will be just as junkie as android.
Adequate reading app

Seems that most of the kinks had worked out. When I was using the browser to read, it was jumping around a lot. With the app, I didn’t notice the similar problem. It took some time to get used to tapping functions for definitions and other controls. Still no bookmark function that I could see. Black background works well for this version now.
.Very poor on iPad.
