I love it

I love it. What would make it even better is an option to have a dark background and white letters for nighttime reading.

Can’t log in.

When trying to login with the WSJ link, the keyboard is half off the screen so I can’t enter info. Even auto fill doesn’t work because I can’t tap enter or submit.

The Glose App.

Great app. So convenient and easy to use.

I really dislike this app. As a new member of a book publishing site, I was offered a free book. When I attempted to collect it, the page redirected to Glose, where I learned that if I want to read the book I chose, I’ll have to read it here. The book is great, but I really do wish I had been allowed to pull it onto my Kindle. I can’t do any of what I normally do, and it’s distracting. I like to highlight pieces of text that inspire me, and this book happens to be packed with really powerful sentences that I’m struggling to just... highlight! Such a simple thing, but they managed to complicate it. Yeah. Definitely irritated. So irritated, in fact, that I’m tempted to BUY the book elsewhere just so I can read it on my Kindle. ??‍♀️

Not quite right

If I download a book, how could the app be slow to turn the page? Why does it drop back a chapter while I’m reading? Is it really a browser? When it’s working everything is fine.

Frustrating

Unlike my kindle, which opens up to the last page I read on any device, this app seems to want to be at the beginning of a chapter, so it consistently skips ahead or falls back. when I find where I actually left off, it will often jump me back to where it thought I was. Sometimes several more times. It is also incredibly easy to accidentally touch the page and have the app think you want to highlight something, and then next to impossible to make the pop up go away. Not an enjoyable way to read

Hate this reader.

Extremely frustrating

I’ve tried reading several books but the app jumps around and now it is displaying the book with code. It has changed all the letters so it looks like gibberish. It started on chapter 4 of the latest book I was reading. Not happy at all Developer promptly fixed the issue and sent an email. Much improved

I have found multiple things wrong with this app. You really need to have the ability to bookmark. I cannot get my iPhone and iPad to sync anymore. I’ve logged out and back in and now it took me to the beginning of my book. When you open up the app it takes you back multiple pages and you have to find your spot again. I would not choose this app on my own, but Harlequin makes us use it.

App crashes

Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it takes about 5 minutes to load a book. This is the worst book reading app I have ever used.
