I don't know why you have to continue to fix something that isn't broke because you continue to break what you THINK it needs to be better. Everything was working hunky dory until the last upgrade. Or should I say downgrade. Go to sign in and all I get is a blank screen. Nothing. Deleted the app and re- downloaded several times and and still nothing. How many times has that happened since this app was created. Total disappointment.

This app constantly logs me out! I need to re-log in with my username and password EVERY time I open the app. Considering I am at giant every day this is EXTREMELY annoying! Please fix this issue!

No matter what I do my account isn't recognized. Very frustrating. Just another reason I dislike giant but they seem to have a monopoly going in my town.

Coupon Management Needs Work

Some great coupons available, but the user should have the ability to unload them if desired and they should disappear once they have been used. Would be great to have a new app released with this functionality, all previous coupons un-clipped and/or erased, and all new coupons ready to clip.

This app is pretty bad. Log in issues all of the time, and no way to sort coupons. They would at least be broken into categories to make finding them easier. Perhaps a barcode scanner to check for coupons would be great like Target's Cartwheel app

Do not find any stores in Virginia. Does not add my card. Could you please test your app before release? It is not very difficult.

This app has so many problems it borders on useless. Always problems with signing in and signs you out constantly for no reason. Grocery list never saves and app frequently has issues loading so you can't even access your list in the store. Other grocery store apps work wonderfully and Giant would benefit from upgrading to their level. This one is absolutely terrible.

Miss Diagnosis

This app is useless. My stores (suburban Philadelphia) aren't included in any of the features except the bonus card. The bonus card takes too long to load. I love my Giant store, the staff is awesome! Unfortunately corporate thinks it's ok to ignore some areas when it comes to the app.
