Works half the time.

The coupons you load to your card don't always deduct at the end of your order, as they should. Half the time it works and the other half I spend at customer service. And it's on coupons that I've loaded weeks in advance so it's had time to update on my bonus card. I use the same card for EVERY order. There's no reason they shouldn't deduct other than the technology within the store can't keep up with the customer.

This app is a great concept. Too bad it doesn't work. It works at home, sometimes. It doesn't work in Giant! What a joke, if I forget to look at it prior to my shopping, I'm out-of-luck until I leave the store. I rated 1 star because I really like the idea....if only it worked!

**update - the gas tracking is now incorrect, it says all of the gas points I acquired this money expire this month which isn't true (last day of September they expire) but on your online website it tracks the expiration days correctly...VERY CONFUSING...Out of all the grocery store apps I use, this is the worst. Coupons do not deleted after you use them, so you need to remember which ones you used. Also, there is no way to search for coupons and they are not organized in any way, VERY FRUSTRATING. Obviously I love having these coupons just please organize it more :)

I downloaded it last week and stayed logged in. Today I downloaded SCANIT! And went to view coupons or deals and it logged me out and now I can't get back in. I deleted it and redownloaded it and nothing, I tried creating a new acct with my giant card and it says it doesn't exist

Those responsible for developing this app deserve to be congratulated for an amazing job, I am so glad I took the time to download it. There are features this app offers to make all of our lives much easier, not to mention a lot more convenient. The updates are on time, it shows how dedicated they really are and I for one can't thank them enough. If you're thinking why bother downloading this app it's the " Giant " a food store, I'm here to tell you give yourself a break and go for it, you will be so very glad you did as I am. Thank you guys for a 5 star plus app keep up the great work. 8/26/2016 ?

Please make it so that the offers we redeem disappear automatically, or at least allow us to remove them manually. I have one offer that I already used that has an expiration date of August 2017, so it will sit in my queue for another year. It's very difficult to keep track of. I'll give this 5 stars if this change happens.

This app is good, but would be better if it had the 2x gas points coupons that are in the weekly circular as well.

Well, I've tried everything this morning and can't even get the app to provide me with a log in page. Since I can't link it to my Giant account without that this app is basically useless! And I can't even get a page to report the problem. Clearly this app isn't a priority fo Giant.
