Update made everything worse

Since the last update I either can't log in or it takes forever to finally log me in. Moving from page to page also takes forever. I hope they fix this soon!

Even with calling their customer support there is constant issues. Now I can't even log in. If Giant wants to do an app then they need to make a better one. I'm so disappointed I think I'll be doing my shopping at Target using their Cartwheel app which is awesome and very user friendly.

Lost list.

Yep. Lost my list. Wouldn't log in. When i tried it the next day it said session expired. When I got access my list was empty. Can't afford for this to happen - ever. Back to Grocery IQ.

I've tried setting up an account on this Giant Foods app twice. Waste of time. I put my bonus card number in and it keeps saying it can't verify. I've been using that card for years and the girls at customer service can find it by my name. Ever think about being able to scan the card? Use Wegmans instead and save your time.

At first the app would not accept my information. Then magically it started working, and worked just fine for a few days but now it will not load coupons.

Slow, crashes frequently, nearly impossible to use. Not worth the effort, or any effort.

First of all try bringing up you card at the store. Never works-no wifi! I've created lists and they aren't there when I need them. What a waste of time.

A lot to be desired

Giant, I love your savings, and you've made some improvements by bringing shoppers the MyGiant app, but can we make it functional? This app is nice in theory but there are some key features that would make it SO much easier to use: 1) Being able to do a keyword search for the coupons that you've added to your card. As is, I have to scroll through my loaded coupons a dozen times looking for something because the one and only default display option is by expiration date. At least group it by department at the very least, or optimally make a search function! 2) No seamless way to make a grocery list within the app. And the list that you can make, is not good, which leads me to... 3) List builders on other grocery store apps (Wegmans being one of them, if you care to benchmark) leave Giants in the dust. I wish it would function as others do, key features being that the list takes into account which store you'll be shopping in, and automatically organized your list by aisle in the store which makes shopping SO much more convenient. Also, the list shows the exact price of each item and whether or not it's currently on sale w/the sale price so your list not only is clearly marked out by aisle, you know exactly what you'll be spending (before coupons)! I typically build my grocery list IN the other app and then shop at Giant just because the other stores app is so much better!
