Giant - It’s time to invest some money into making your app usable. Thank you for the additional digital coupons. However, currently, the frustrations of trying to navigate through your app and efficiently use it result in a ton of frustration. You need to hire someone who studies how people actually interact with grocery store apps, and then you need to go back to the drawing board and develop an app that your customers actually enjoy (instead of dread) using.
PLEASE bring back the ability to search by keyword!

I miss having a search function in this app. Also, there are several categories that could be added to make it easier to find what I'm looking for. Canned food would be one.

Giant has the absolute worst website of any supermarket!I. Almost impossible to navigate and view weekly circular and make a shopping list. It keeps getting twerked and having changes made but never gets better only worse!! Please someone check out other market circulars and get some hints on how to improve yours!

I hate this app it never works, I love the coupons when the app actually loads, I hate that you have to log in every time, I’m extremely frustrated that It won’t load hasn’t loaded in 2 weeks so basically it is a useless app right now

TWO Problems... Number ONE:This app constantly does not tally the coupons and EVERYTIME I go there, I have to go to customer service to have the coupons taken off as it wasn’t when I checked out. This is ridiculous because it has been at least 4-5 months that I have been reporting this. You really need to keep track of everything. Number TWO: when I go to the Elizabethtown PA Giant, the WIFI is so horrible that the app doesn’t work!!!! You literally have to screenshot the app before you go shopping so you can use it. All of the employees are clueless and have no idea what you are talking about when you ask about the WIFI or the app!! Get it together GIANT or you will lose customers!!

This app does not work correctly on iPhone X. Please make it so users can actually tap the menu button in the top left without goin g back to the app they were previously in, and make it so the Giant logo is not cut off.
List maker is about useless...

Each list item has a huge shopping bag icon, so takes about one inch of screen space! So you can see about 4 items at a time... Constant scrolling! Tighten up the lines, and allow grouping by area/aisle in the store, and it will be worth using.
