Worse than useless app ZERO STARS

Bought tickets online. Aquarium site says use app on ios or android to access tix for entry to aquarium. $300, NO tickets. App wont even START on androids, and on ipad, which i have no intention of hauling around an aquarium, it shows i have an order, but when you click on order, NO TIX, no nothing. Wasted very precious hours with small grandchildren in hot humid summer sun trying to get this straight with improperly trained or unconcerned staff at aquarium. Inexcusable to pay this ridiculous sum of money and have NO ability to print tickets (agent said the email system doesn't always work) so you don't always get .pdf to print tickets at home. HUH?! $40 each for “discount” tickets and i cant get the tickets or get in at my scheduled time? Zero stars for app, zero stars for aquarium customer service.

Clunky app with too much ‘noise’, but difficult to find things (let’s say I simply want to find where the Octopuses are located). If I need a tutorial, it’s not a good app. Too gee whiz, and not practical for use at a crowded venue with small kids to keep track of.

From the the time we got there it went down hill. Starting at the info booth people rude no guides showing you where to start what time showed were everything must be done on phone. The dolphin show was good but when it was over you had 600 plus people exiting down small hallways at the same time. If there was a emergency your in trouble. A lot of the exhibits had no info so your looking at many fish ect but you don’t no what type your looking at. Very disappointed !! Grandkids said the Aquarium in Vegas was smaller but better. They Traveled all the way from Vegas to Atlanta for this ?? that what they though. Coke World better bang for your buck.

The map was good and showed us where we were. I also like the ability to use it to scan tickets. It worked well. It would be good to see a schedule of shows in the different areas and I wasn’t sure if they cost extra. Also, the different sections/exhibits could use help. All the app did was list the fish (many, many fish) which was no help at all when you had to figure out what you were looking at in the different tanks. I tried the free WiFi to use the app but it was super slow. Had to use my data to get it to work right.

Love that the aquarium is going paperless but with that being said it is crucial to get the showtimes correct if this is how people are finding the showtimes. Nothing like getting settled at a busy place with 2 kids only to be told you have another 30 min wait.

Terrible app. Doesn't allow you to scroll through activities. It crashes after being open. So much money as a member and you would think they have a working app.

The app is ok. It will help you get around. The aquarium is great. I would suggest taking out a second mortgage if you plan on eating at the aquarium. A small, greasy BBQ plate and 7 oz of coke will run you 13 bucks.

The app was fairly helpful for general information. However there was supposed to be a scavenger hunt for the kids. It had no instructions, did not work at all when trying logical path and the folks that worked in the aquarium did not know how it was supposed to work. Should remove this portion of the app until they get it to work.
Wrong Time zone

Purchased tickets in the mountain time zone via Georgia Aquarium website which is in the eastern time zone. Arrived in the eastern time zone and now my 10:30am entry tickets which were on this app correctly in the mountain time zone say my entry is two hours later at 12:30 eastern time. App needs fixing!! Don't buy tickets and place on app. Print them and kill a tree!
Good idea, needs work

App is ok, liked having the map and show times, but the fish identification feature only worked intermittently. Would like to see an audio guide feature added, and more map features (specific tank info rather than general by area) maybe with QR codes or #'s on the tanks.
