Slow, can’t add membership

I created a GA account online at the website, to which my Anchor membership doesn’t show up. No where on the app or online can I add my membership. I have a great membership and can’t use it in the app anywhere. Also, loads very slowly.
Add parking pass to Wallet

I like that I don’t have to print stuff, but we should be able to add parking and tickets to our phone wallets.
Incorrect time listed on mobile ticket.

I downloaded the mobile ticketing app in hopes that it would make our travels a little less chaotic. The first thing I did was open my tickets to ensure I had the correct time in my mind for our entry. Unfortunately, the in app tickets say “Evening, 9pm” when I ordered “Early bird, 9am tickets”. I have the pdf tickets in my email and will print and use them instead. It’s just disappointing because the whole point of downloading the app was to avoid using paper in the first place.
Almost as bad as the website.

The Aquarium is great. The app and website are garbage. It seems that the person who put this together was a kid watching a couple of YouTube videos on how to build an app. For as much as they charge at the door and for food, I feel like they could throw some budgetary money towards making this thing useful.

A) button DONE is white on a light grey background! Seriously? B) I preordered the parking and it never showed up in my bill. I restarted 3 times in case I could have missed something! Nope, it’s not included. I like the rest
