Worked flawlessly with my IPhone X. Tickets were imported perfectly and scanned just as easily. My daughters love the scavenger hunt feature and the Bluetooth option to the beacons!

Just email me the mobile tickets. Don’t force me to use this garbage app with a broken login just to get to my mobile tickets: Login with Facebook, allow the device, go back to login, login with Facebook, allow the device, go back to login, login with Facebook... you get the point.

Every time I try to access the Mobile Tickets, it CRASHES! The mobile ticket feature was my primary reason for downloading! Deleted after 3 attempts!

I downloaded the app just to use the mobile ticket feature since I don’t own a printer. The tickets linked to the app easy enough, but every time I try to view the ticket the app crashes. You’d think with how advanced the aquarium is, they could get an app that functions properly.

The whole point in me downloading this app was to be able to show my tickets when we go. Now it doesn’t work. Terribly disappointed.

With all the bad reviews I know that someone has to be reading them. Nothing is fixed what’s so ever. It’s sad because I purchase my tickets and can seem to pull them up at all. The email said to look in the app but the app said it was an error. I deleted the app reinstalled it again and still the same thing. Just a waste and they still haven’t email me my tickets what should I do now???
