The app works fine with an iPhone. Geolocation is good, but the audio tour is what makes it worth it. We went during the week when the schools were touring. Don’t know if that’s why it didn’t crash. You have to pay attention to what schedule your looking at bc it lists both the days you’re there and the next.

I kept my families memberships in my phone. It lets me surprise my family with random trips. They removed the Members section without and warning. I found out in line as the attendant couldn’t help me find it, the people behind me were impatient, and my child wanted to look at the fish. This is a huge step backwards in terms of service for your annual members.

The app is the worst think I’ve ever seen this app is a disgrace to such a great aquarium I give this app a 1/5 because anyone can make this app in less then an hour

I loved using this app especially to find out when where things where happening. Since there wasn’t anything else that told me.

My receipt said I could. But no, I cant. And I ordered a behind the seas tour - I cant see anything about that in the app. It also crashes a lot and doesn’t load pics. Great aquarium. App is ?. Too bad.

Just bought tickets for 10am. Online tickets were correct but the app says 9 pm. Terrible!

Really slow and wouldn’t let me check out. Just kept kicking me back out to the same billing info form.
