This app was useless. Had to end up ordering online. Then I tried to login on the app and it took me 3 days before it recognized my login! Once I could login, when I went to open my tickets it would crash. Not even to the aquarium yet, but I sure hope their customer service isn’t as bad as this app.

When attempting to access purchased tickets, the app crashes. I’ve tried other phones, reloading the app, and restarting my phone. The issue is persistent across all channels.

Crashed every time I tried to load my tickets. Doesn’t have any information about the activities on the daily schedule. Not terribly useful.

Crashes when trying to view purchased tickets. The email confirmation says you can use mobile tickets, but you can’t.

I’m trying to get my online tickets I bought. The purchase email said to use the app. I downloaded it then had to register with postal address etc all required - and I still can’t get them. This is one of those great looking apps but was not really designed for use.

I expect more from the GA aquarium. None of the web cam links worked. I checked the viewing times and none of them were operational. I’d see some image for a second, then it would buffer, and then finally go to a black screen with the play button on it. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. The e-ticket section isn’t accurate. I paid for early bird tickets and the e-ticket version said I paid for a 9pm “event.” Overall, this is a basic and lackluster app. Needs a major overhaul and quite possibly a new developer. ?????? Update: 5/28/18 The social media person who answers messages on Facebook isn’t any help. This is just a weak app. More should be expected from the GA Aquarium, especially for how much they charge per ticket.

I purchased tickets through this app and when I log back in to the app it shows that I have no orders nor have I received anything to my email stating I purchased the tickets. The only proof I have showing I purchased the tickets is my bank account information. This is the worst app ever and would advise everyone to not waste your time. Those who gave good views are more than likely the inventors of the and their relatives. I will be calling Georgia Aquarium as soon as possible to track my purchase. If I could give this app a zero I would but my words speak for my rating. App removed immediately!!!!
