This app is lame, missing content, and looks like it was built by kids! When the first app came out, I drove all the way from Texas with my family to see the zoo because the app was compelling! This app is a step backwards! Bring back the classic app!
Handy, but crashy

Definitely handy for the map tracking, but it tended to crash a lot (4 times in 2 hours). Luckily it's quick to restart, so the crashes weren't as annoying as crashes of other apps.

The first app was pure junk. This app is much better. It loads quickly and doesn't have to restart if you change to another application in your phone. The map works well and it makes finding your way around the zoo much easier. I'm a 5-year zoo member and love how the zoo always keeps improving.
Beats carrying a paper map

As good as necessary for helping navigate the zoo. It's better than having to keep up with a paper map and trying to figure out where you are and where you are going. Some suggestions I have for the app is: -ability to zoom the map with more details and facts -ability for the map to rotate based in the direction your phone is facing (top of phone direction is top of map) -more information about snacks and bathroom locations -less red pins if zoomed out, more when zoomed in
