My card used for billing got cancelled due to disputed charge so I was able to navigate through it in minutes paid my bill with another account and set up auto payment on whatever day of the month I wanted. Very easy!

So pay the extra 15 % cause gieco will do whatever they can to get out of paying you.. in the beginning they were great towing car rental etc!! But when it came to the adjuster being on the same page as the mechanics that are well trained at what they do that’s a different story. It’s a shame cause all my adult life I’ve carried insurance on my vehicles and I’m 50 years old and the first time in need it they don’t come thru at all

I have been with this company 20 years and no late payment! My card expiration date changed and a day later I called to update it. They immediately began to harass me and mailed a cancellation notice. They do not care about loyal customers.
