Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting service. Someone backed into my unattended car in a parking lot, smashed the front of my 4000mi. car, pushed it against against the curb, and scraped up the sidewalls of the stupidly expensive painted rims, which came stock with the car. I’m guessing it’s $5000-$10,000 worth of damage. OF COURSE, geico doesn’t want to cover ANY of it. Their own shop has already looked at it, knows exactly what needs to be fixed, they have all the information they need, but they insist on pulling shenanigans to get out of it. They start off by flat out LYING, claiming that I had missed my appointment to get the inspection, then moved into bullying tactics, and are now UNILATERALLY TERMINATING my claim because I refuse to be bullied. Absolutely reprehensible, and probably criminal!

I can never access my payment history on the app. It always says it’s not available, even for recent payments only 6 months old.

I called, I called and spoke with a rep and he told allots very easy to use and clear, was looking through it and noticed some nice new features. All is good. By is good, and it’s not the payment did not go thru, rep says it went thru, and it was 141$ and it’s 170$ No one to talk to on the weekend but will call to finalize and maybe cancel if this is how I treat customers
