Bad customer service

Very bad customer service I spoke with a representative last week regarding my bill extension time . Was on the phone for over half hour and now they don’t have a record of thAt!!!

I have had different insurance companies throughout my 50 years and I can honestly say that this company is super! I downloaded the app and my information is just a click away. I love the fact that if I need to postpone my payment a few days that I can schedule an automatic withdrawal on my paydays, no talking to customer service and no feeling guilty! When I first enrolled with GEICO that they discovered that my last insurance kept $799.00 from me after the SALE of my HOUSE! They were supposed to issue my insurance money back to me once my house was sold, after 6 months, switching to a different insurance company and ONLY after GEICO told me that they OWED me money did I receive my money back. I am grateful for their excellent help, customer service, the ease of postponing my monthly payments, and the extremely reasonable monthly RATES I pay for full coverage on my auto insurance!
Drive easy is draining my battery

Plus they keep removing my discount since somehow my drive easy thinks I’m my husband and says that I’m not signed in! Also, when I originally signed up for drive easy, I was told there was no risk to higher rates unlike what I just read chatting with a bot. Finally, every time a geico representative talks to me about fixing the drive easy app, the app crashes or is unavailable at this time. It’s become comical at this point. The discount is nice, but it’s really a pain!

Their interface is smooth. Can pay easily in the app, I’ve also never had a car insurance company offer me so many rewards and ways to save money. Love the geico gecko as well :)
