Changed (I thought) got email saying that I was successful changing my payment debit card number after checking account got hacked. then got cancellation notice that no change had been made. Tried to be prompt and proactive to correct my problem but u caused me more.

No changes in coverage w/ No accidents or tickets - No adjusted policy changes YET the monthly charges JUST TOOK THEIR NEWLY DECIDED MONTHLY INCREASED AMOUNT FROM MY CC and expect ME TO NOT ASK QUESTIONS???!!!! What type of business practice is this? 100% Unprofessional- Changing insurance immediately- this is bogus nonsense. CKemp
