I had loaded the app on both our phones but didn’t set the apps up. Wow! Everything you need is right here. Easy enough that even a caveman such as myself can navigate and do things like display card, pay our bill or heaven for bid file a claim. BRILLIANT!!!!

I am so happy to switch to Geico I had Erie Insurance for over 20 years because my husband told me too but so far so good I love the app and I love that it tracks my driving and I also have renters insurance and the prices are absolutely wonderful I really appreciate all of you I am so glad to be a part of GEICO insurance thank you all very much Kathy Blackburn Hylton

GEICO customer service is grade a. Everyone that’s ever helped me on the phone. Has been polite, professional and insightful towards what I’m paying for. The two star review is for the lack of communication. I was exposed to someone with COVID. I was off of work for two weeks only to come out negative. Behind on bills and the agent said if I pay what I owe I’ll still be insured. I paid what I owed after taking out of my 401k. And my policy STILL was canceled. I was NOT told it would still be canceled. Every time I call Geico it’s like the agent I speak to. Is picking up the pieces of what the agent should have done prior to me calling. Now I’m stuck off the road with a dead battery. Realizing I have no insurance. After an agent just explained this all to me. Agent said because I was affected by COVID I could have still been helped. Then why didn’t the agent help me then when i mentioned it? This what I mean when I say. A agent picks up the pieces of what the other agent should have done for me since the get go. Geico your customer service skills are amazing but my god. The communication is lacking. That is why I’m giving you two stars.
