Why did I receive a mystery charge of 244 dollars to my normal 6 month policy charge? Very poor communication. Do better.

If I change my payment info, then stop charging my old card, then you charge me for a denied transaction. This is why I’m transferring to progressive

This app is never working properly, it makes working with GEICO such a hassle. I’m actively looking to find a better company if truth be told.
