Always crashing

This app has been crashing all the time now. And when it does work and I try to load a camera, it take’s for ever to bring up the video. It’s so annoying!!!!!
Screwed out of free trial

The app offers a one month free trial period for cloud storage. I neither received the free trial period before nor after purchasing one month of cloud storage. In help section the only info I could find on the topic was that they will not issue any refunds. There is also no option to contact directly and even when trying to report another issue I was unable to complete and submit because the option is unavailable. I do like some qualities of the app but for this reason I give it a big thumbs down
App closing

My app all of sudden started closing out when I screenshot or finish recording.

The only gripe I have with this app is that it doesn’t allow you to to create your own pattern, and own fade speed. Or hater than that it’s great.

Functional but could be better

I can fully customize the color, brightness, AND saturation of my Merkury RGB lights in this app. But I can’t save lighting profiles which is a huge negative.
