Screwed out of free trial – geeni Review

The app offers a one month free trial period for cloud storage. I neither received the free trial period before nor after purchasing one month of cloud storage. In help section the only info I could find on the topic was that they will not issue any refunds. There is also no option to contact directly and even when trying to report another issue I was unable to complete and submit because the option is unavailable. I do like some qualities of the app but for this reason I give it a big thumbs down
