Bought smart bulbs and instead of being google or Alexa they came with this app. Can not get them to connect. Keeps timing out

sometimes the app will lose connection to the light, I have to creat a new light to Bluetooth it again

I would give this app better reviews if I could get it to pair to my phone. Set my bandwidth to 2.4, deleted and reset the app, disconnected and reconnected my phone to the WiFi, and nothing. Won’t scan the QR code. I don’t get it!!

Works wonderfully but the microphone did go out on both of the cameras we have now, but we still love it all around despite that.

i bought leds and they just wont connect to my phone no matter what i do and they are forever stuck on red

I love the colors and setting my only issue is the music theme .. I can only get it to connect with my phone (smartphone mode) not in led control (does it by itself) I have my tv on 80 and still won’t sync with the beat words or anything. I can only get it to match the tv in smartphone mode by placing my phone near my tv ??♀️
