The app is very dependable and comes up quickly. The picture is very clear and covers a lot of area

Worst idea ever to subscribe

WellyOnTheRight

If I could give a “0” I would have! I am being charged and the app shows I am subscribed but it doesn’t work! I had no problems in the beginning and super happy but now I regret paying for this junk.

Wonderful camera I feel safer leaving home

Very impressed

Vendettared007

It’s been a game changer since we installed this camera. Worth the money!

Terrible Setup

replace this.

This is my second purchase of geeni cameras in two years. First time was a breeze to set up. This time with bar code neither camera will sync up. Going to send back. Other cam was fairly decent. I tried several ways to set up. Had to give up. Very disappointed. OS15

The listener

I love my cameras. The picture is great an the night vision is awesome. The only problem I have is with the volume. I’ve looked in FQA and it says that in the settings go to sound adjustment. I do not see any sound adjustment only to click on or off. If anyone can give me another way to adjust the sound, I’d appreciate it. Other than that I would have rated them a 5 star. What’s a video without sound?? Lol

Cloud subscriptions PER EACH DEVICE?!

VIKINGS means "six kings"

I have no problem with the app itself or the devices I’ve used so far (other than a Hawk camera being a pain to connect at first) but I do take issue with the cloud services. Nowhere does it tell you that you are only subscribing on a PER DEVICE BASIS. If you have one camera, it’s $20 per year. If you have two cameras it’s $40 per year, etc. Can you imagine if you had 6 cameras? That’s like…$120 per year! I get it, but it’s kind of shady and absurd in my opinion. The devices work well enough, you’d think they can make good money on that alone. Sure charge a subscription for cloud services, I get it, someone has to pay for hard drives etc.- but on every camera? You should at least be able to add cameras at a reduced rate. Or tell people that’s how it’s structured at the outset. Or maybe even let me connect them to my own computer and set up my own cloud.
