Camera disfunction

I brought the camera to monitor several residents at my Assisted living. I continue to get back to back alerts on my phone that are false. I hear the alert check my smart device and my resident is sleep and snoring. It doesn’t play back any recordings stating .... check SD card. I think this product isn’t a good monitoring system. It keeps you on your toes running thinking that something is going on within your home when it NOTHING! I rate your product as a #1 not good! Dee
Please keep black and blue theme!

At least the “Smart” lightbulbs. They just blink incessantly and induce a seizure and never connect to the app—better off spending your money elsewhere (I have replaced with some Philips Hue bulbs, which, while more expensive, work reliably.) Returning product ASAP.

Overall I really like this app. Every one in a while I’ll have an issue with a timer (like when Daylight Savings Time hits) but if I delete and recreate it again it’s fine. I love that I have lights on when I get home from work without them on all day and that I can realize I left a light on across the apartment and fix it from where I am.

The cw007 camera and app erased my photos on my SD card and I cannot view anything from the camera from the SD card either. I called Apple and they said to call Geeni support. Also, the app says it’s recording, but there’s no video for playback. The motion feature takes up and the low Setting is more like high, so I don’t use it. The app says it’s recording, but then it says to turn on motion alerts. The camera was working fine from July 11th to the July 16th. On the 17th, it began to freeze. The app Keeps showing an error message saying “No events yet” now when I turn motion alerts off. That did not happen before one of the updates. I keep my new SD card in the camera , but it the app doesn’t work properly since July 17th. I needed an affordable camera for an emergency situation. I felt good about being able to playback videos whenever I needed to and from anywhere. I have a Geeni light bulb, too. Sometimes I cannot access the camera from not the bulb from my iOS and Androids devices. I tried one device, but the app failed. I tried another, but the app on that device failed, too. My photos are still on my SD card, but I can’t view them on my Mac anymore. How can I get my photos back and view my Geeni recorded videos on my Mac? Can you provide an app for IOS computers, too? Please fix these problems.

Bought at Walmart for $25 and I absolutely adore it so far. I read the reviews before downloading the app so I was weary about the setup process, but it was actually quite painful. Hardest thing I had to do was change my ghz on my phone from 5 to 2. I bought 2 cameras and setup both in less than 15 mins. I used this app on my iPhone 7plus and it is great; I even shared it with my hubby so he can view video stream as well. Process is really quick and simple. If all you need is something for precaution without all the bells and whistles this your product. It has great night vision, clear 2 way talk, and easy app usage. I’m thinking about buying another one as well. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Esta calidad, porque ni tú, ni tu pareja se tienen que preocupar por quien apagara la luz. Además puedes reducir o aumentar el brillo del foco, y otra cosa que me gusta es que si estás lejos de casa, puedes aparentar como que si estás es casa por qué puedes apagarlo o encenderlo aun estando lejos de casa (en la tienda, en la iglesia o incluso en otro país.
