Holy crap the amount of times it just randomly disconnects, AND THE STRUGGLE it takes to connect it back again. This is to much honestly then I try to connect it and it doesn’t work. This shouldn’t be a problem. I love it I’ve used it, but the thing that’s such a mood killer is the connecting back again EVERY TIME it decides to disconnect. You think it’s fair to climb my bed every time it disconnects? I wish it was a one and done. Connect through my phone but no I have to hold the button for it to work. It’s such a hassle.

Mercury security camera hacked

I bought my Mercury camera for security reasons, but it wasn’t so secure, it seems my ex-girlfriend was able to easily hack my account, as I was texting her telling her that I had just watched her on my cloud video, she texted back and said look again I’m not in there, sure as s—t as I had started watching the videos, they just disappeared and she was doing things in my home that she would have gone to jail for, still haven’t contacted geenie about the issue, but I’m sure that I will not be able to recover the evidence.Jeffers Update to developer, if she was able to use my network( and she does have access to the WiFi) but was never put in sharing, wouldn’t I be able to see a second user on my account? 2. Can she delete photos and video from my account without any permissions from the account holder ( me)? 3. Are any of the videos recoverable after she deleted them? Thank you for any help with these issues.

The first two camras work great but the app won’t let me install a 3rd and 4th one. Every thing worked until I clicked next and it wasn’t highlighted in the app can I add more camras? If so how? Thankyou

I have bought the smart light bulbs, led strip, and also one of the indoor cameras and they have all been wonderful!! I had bought a different brand smart bulb because I was out and didn’t remember the name at the time, but that brand was a nightmare to even set-up... I don’t even use it. Honestly, I don't look at the other brands of anything that Merkury also makes. The ONLY issue I have had at all was the power going out that my entire apartment became a strobe light and it was not as easy to fix this time for some reason, or it coulda been everything was strobing that was making it feel difficult. Honestly, I will not even consider this a complaint. Merkury, please DON’T GREEDY and jack up all your prices like so many others. Greed is an ugly demon. I have seen so many prices double and I would hate for Merkury to do the same and destroy the respect I have currently. But truly, Merkury is the ONLY brand I look at for“smart products”. Easy set-up and great prices!
