This would be perfect but....

The weather part does not work and it does not have my flowers I have in my yard. I live in a zone 4. I’m highly disappointed! I really want a great app like this! It’s not worth the time searching for flowers that I have because this app barely has any. I will be deleting.

No Vegetables

I really liked the look of this app and the info that it provided at first. But then when I went to add my own plants I discovered there were virtually no vegetables or herbs available to log! Adding more plants would definitely be better.

Great app

If you like your garden to look nice ....this app will help you with accomplishing that task.

Good app

This is a good app. The weather is not letting me utilize my current location or search for a location. Hopefully, they’ll have a fix soon.

Features don’t work and missing lots of plants

Certain features (such as the weather) do not work. Also, I couldn’t add 5 of my very common house plants because they aren’t in the database. I’d also like a way to log when I use fertilizer or repot something.

Nice

Overall, I think this is a great app - has a nice UI/UX, is customizable, and seems to have a pretty solid database of plants. Definitely needs some fixes, though. - Cannot sync across devices, have to start from scratch on each device. There’s no user accounts or profiles so there’s no way you can even back up your data. - Weather feature does not work. If you use the search bar, there’s no predictive text or any sort of autocomplete of matching locations - it doesn’t even have an enter button to trigger the search. If you allow it to access your location and you select ‘Use my current location’ nothing happens. - For sure needs some sort of task history feature or completion log to know when something was last done and to have context/ be able to reference all actions taken on a particular plant. - Lastly, it would be really helpful to have some sort of ‘best practices’ info on each plant (e.g. water weekly during the summer or when the soil is dry to the touch). Instead I’ve been looking up the plant online to get details on how to best care for it and then setting notifications based on the recommended frequencies. If anything, a text box within each plant profile where you can add notes / information you want to reference later. I would also be nice to to know the data sources and where info on these plants is coming from. Some of the data on certain plants differs from what I’ve read elsewhere (e.g. water requirements, light exposure needs, etc.) which makes it hard to tell which one is right (or at least more accurate). If you don’t know where the info is coming from, how can you trust the validity of it? In looking at the app’s version history it doesn’t look like any updates have been made or new versions released in over a year so definitely won’t be holding my breath on fixes being made anytime soon...

has potential!

i think this app has so much potential; it has a large plant database, i love that it has a lot of information on the plants i have, and it’s a beautiful, easy to use app. the only thing i would change (besides fixing the new weather feature, which does not work ?) is to allow an option for watering plants bi-weekly, which is how often i water my plants. not having this option has rendered the app pretty useless for me, as i was looking for a watering reminder app, so i had to download a different app entirely :( it would also be nice if you had the option to water every __ days and maybe had a countdown for it.

Awesome Idea!

This is such an amazing app!! I never though that I could keep all my plants so organized. However, there are many plants that I cannot find on the app, most of which are succulents. If this company could create an app like this just for succulents, it would be amazing! Thank you for your time!

No inner beauty

Wowzeeeers

Looked good from the app page and the idea is great. Just literally doesn’t work. Weather and plant search both were buggy.

Very good app, not quite as polished

I have seen many apps both in the making and the end product... this app is a very nice product for being free, but there are a lot of bugs that need to squashed... once done... I am sure will be an awesome app which will deserve 5 stars... Few bugs I found (just downloaded the app) 1. Search is not on spot. A. Addition of predictive search will be a very good touch 2. Long press opens the plant but the app is frozen. 3. Weather is not integrated well... Finally, thank you for the app and awesome concept
