Wanted it to work so bad

I Wanted this app to work so bad but it never did. I downloaded, redownloaded, and even restarted my iPad to get it to work but it never would. First off, very common house plants (like monstera and aloe) have no information for them which was a huge disappointment. The second this what that very time I would try to set a watering reminder, ask for information on a plant, or any other reminder it would say something was wrong even after I tried many times. A good concept, but the app itself doesn’t work which is a huge bummer.

Potential to be good, but poor selection of plants. Some of the plants that are found don’t have any data, and on those is a request button that errors when you click it. Much better options out there.

Great layout and good look to the app. Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs and things just don’t work. The weather option doesn’t let you do anything. It won’t pull up ANY cities. And the reminders don’t work. It always gives a notification that something went wrong. If the bugs get fix I may change my mind.

I downloded this app and the weather location is not working. And i cant set reminders and add task. It keeps saying something went wrong... so disappointed.

There is no information for any of the plants I have looked up including tulips, roses and other common plants. I think someone started this and then abandoned the project. Waste of a download.

I like the way it is set up and the way it is SUPPOSED to work. IF it would actually work. I noticed some people posted the same issues on here a few years ago so I am guessing they are not planning to fix them. I am fairly new to owning indoor plants. I have 8 different types... and half of those cannot be found on this list. I have to create a “generic” type. This means you don’t get all the good info and knowledge about the plant. But since I mostly wanted to use the app for reminders on watering and fertilizing etc, this wasn’t that big an issue. However, the reminders do not work either. Everytime I try to add a reminder it pops up an alert the something went wrong. So since I can’t learn anything about my plants and can’t use it for reminders, there is pretty much no need to keep the app. I really hope they fix these issues so it at least has a purpose.

So so so sad that this app is dead. It’s beautifully designed, but useless. When you try to add reminders and info, you get an error message. Moving on to try Planta...
