Used to work well

MonicaMarie5

Last year this app worked as it should. For the last month however, I have not been able to set up reminders- and error message tells me something went wrong and to try again later. My software and app are up to date, I’m connected to WiFi, there’s no reason this should be happening.

Looks pretty but too buggy

Soupcan109

The overall design and aesthetic of the app is really cute and clean. The concept for keeping track of plants and their watering times is really nice and I wanted this app to work. I’m disappointed because the app is way too buggy to be functional. It freezes like every 5 seconds... the weather function doesn’t work at all , the search function is not great ... there are too many issues that make it unusable ... unfortunate ://

Useless

There’s little to no underlying plant database, so if you enjoy typing up plant details and entering data, you’ll love this! I have an efficient weather app included with my mobile, but I paid for one that doesn’t work here, too! Dunno what the better reviewers were smoking. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The app doesn’t let me to set a reminder

I tried to use this all but could not even set a simple watering reminder. The app says that there is some problem and I should try later. I have been trying for 1 week to set a simple reminder no use, the same message occurs. I tried to reinstall the several times but still no use. The app was promising but it forms work

2000 Plants? Laughable.

Don’t waste your time with this app, they don’t have very many plants on here in the first three that are super common did not show up on the list. Also the weather thing doesn’t work, which I don’t really need but it’s annoying that they have an advertisement on the front page saying it’s a new feature and it doesn’t work.

Non

There’s like no plants on here. Even common house plants

Completely Useless

EquestrianPassion

This app is wholly useless. It didn’t have the common name or the scientific name of a ZZ plant, one of the most common beginner level house plants. The weather feature also didn’t work. I’m deleting it and using Blossom from The Spruce.

Incomplete App (for now...maybe)

I got this app especially for reminders on my Watch for watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc, since adding them to my calendar was annoying and took up space, but I can’t use it. The notification reminders don’t work, which defeats the purpose of this app. If you add a type of reminder and try to turn on the button it doesn’t work (says there’s something wrong) and I have it on my Apple Watch for notifications, so it’s useless. (Also, it’s a bit annoying to add by scientific name, but I just Googled it.) In the end, I REALLY wish they would fix that bc I do like this free app more than other paid apps. They could also add things like reminding ahead of time, having an option for indoor plants (since the local weather option wouldn’t apply to those), and I really wish they could add like a checkbox when the reminder was completed in the Watch itself (when gardening, taking a phone can dirty it). If the notifications get fixed, I’ll bump it to 4 stars, and if the app gets better in general (especially on the Apple Watch) then I’ll bump it to 5 stars.
