I want to be able to import a midi to the app and play it on the instruments that are provided and/or we create/record! I have been unable to find this feature in any other app.

okay so i always knew about garage band but i never really used it even though music is my life until one day i saw someone playing on it and i was like “hey, that seems cool maybe i’ll check it out” and then later that day i saw another person playing garage band and was like okay, now i HAVE to get it, i mean like come on, it must’ve been a sign... anyways so i downloaded it and have been obsessed with it ever since. probably my favorite app (including social media... maybe) and it’s so fricking useful i love it so much. so thank you, Apple Inc. for making this amazing app ??
Can you add some organic sounds please?

I love the new features. This app is getting cooler with every update and it’s great! But can you ad some more organic sounds? Like different water drop sounds, distinct animal (various cats, dogs, birds, wild...etc) sounds and the like? You could make an instrument that makes water drop sounds that we can control the pitch and sound of. Also can we have some more soothing vocals? They don’t have to be words, dreamy, abstract sounds would be cool. Thank you for reading and for the awesome instruments. Oh, last thing. Do you think you could do Drummer with different instruments? Perhaps pianist, flautist, guitarist, synth/dub player and the like? Thanks again for reading and have a great day!

GarageBand is essentially the best free app (computer and mobile) for recording music. It’s better than a lot of recording studios that cost actual cash. I’m 12 and I am working with old school hip hop beats that I made myself. I make my own drum tracks using electronic drums. And the loops are also great. I have a couple things GarageBand could improve on. 1. More, better synths. With this I just want more synths that aren’t 70s/80s pop synths. I would love synths that are more mellow and good for a hip hop beat. 2. This one is related to my first suggestion: I wish it told you what kit/instrument variant (ex. Synth Sub Bass) it used to make the apple loops, as some of the apple loops sound mellow and less chaotic. This would be AMAZING for making beats, as you can see what they used, and you can make one similar. 3. More already made samples, such as the bark they already have. I find it almost impossible to find samples like that in songs that don’t have music with it. Sorta like the samples Eminem uses. That’s all I have to say! I rated this app 5 stars because it’s free, if this app was past 6 dollars we would have a problem. It is also definitely better than Fl Studio Mobile. I would definitely recommend this app for people looking to start producing.
Great app, needs a little improvement

I love this app. It has lots of sounds and loops but when I try to make a song, sometimes the tracks don’t play. If there is a synth on one track, and five others, I start to experience a difficulty and not being able to play the tracks; only 3 out of 5 would play. And, if you can, can you add more loops? Great app, but needs a little bit improvement to the tracks not being able to play sometimes
