Not much point in using a wallet that lets you exchange currency when they lock the exchanges for almost a month. Not to mention taking days to fully process so you don’t even get the exchange price you initiated at. Avoid this wallet until they get their crap together.

Got a new phone and now I’m locked out of my account... transferred my 2fa even and it tells me that it’s now invalid. So contacted support for help and gave them everything to verify that it is my account. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still locked out. They have told me they turned off the 2fa at least half a dozen times now but guess what!? IT’S STILL ON! And... I STILL CAN’T ACCESS MY FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT! And add on to that I sent three messages to them just today to tell them that contrary to what they keep telling me, I still cannot log in... NO RESPONSE! I’m more than annoyed with this. I put $300 into this and for me, that’s a lot to lose! This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you are considering this app/website/crypto-wallet. I had transferred my 2fa codes to my new phone but you guys keep telling me that it was my responsibility except for the part where you guys even confirmed that the 2fa wasn’t working and had me prove my identity so you guys could just turn it off. But that still hasn’t worked... Ticket ID is 92019.

Don’t use this wallet they’re a total scam!! Although they have a nice UI for the most part, don’t let it fool you. I had Bitcoin Gold stored with this wallet and one day I opened the app to check my funds and noticed not only did my balance say $0.00 but Bitcoin Gold was not even listen as a wallet option anymore. So they literally stole my money. Just look at all the reddit posts about this wallet. NOT GOOD!! STAY AWAY!!!!

So far so good. Needed a multicoin wallet, and was able to find it here. Sometimes the wallet has limited abilities, but this is due to maintenance. Only thing id like to see is the option to generate a printable cold wallet. Easier access to API keys for personal record keeping. First few times using smart wallet was nerve racking, but the transactions show up. Id say this is on of the better Alt coin wallets out. Would love to see more alts wallets available. XRP, XRP,XRP, ADA,XLM, ETC. Maybe even a desktop software version, if thats not too far fetched of an idea. Would love to get forks and airdrops. So far, trust worthy IMO.
