Scam- My btc are frozen in the wallet and i cannot do anything with them now.

I wish i could give it no stars. The service on this is terrible and it seems like might be a scam. I transferred about $200 of btc into their wallet and now i can do nothing with it. I cannot transfer it to another btc wallet or exchange it for any other currency. Every transaction fails immediately even after the other wallet is verified. Even worse there is no direct way in which to contact support through the app itself it appears and when i did it through my computer no one has responded yet and its been more than a few days. Totally unimpressed and having a btc balance does me no good if i can do nothing with it. Ridiculous- stay away and go with another wallet that is much safer.
Lost tokens and no reply from tickets

I sent tokens to my wallet about 3 months ago to which they said they didn’t support but their site says they supported ERC20 tokens. After hundreds of emails with barley any reply this last Monday I’m sent a email they have refunded my tokens ! Very happy I jump to their app only to find I cannot login and no password I normally use works. Here we go again now 29 emails later no response no answer and I still cannot login or get a password reset link sent as their system does not send them out ! For having 3 million plus members and wallets their staff certainly cannot handle the issues they have. I bet that doesn’t stop them from their fees and revenue taking though ! So let the countdown continue to tokens lost and inaccessible! Ticket 87725 Ticket 105315 Ticket 105333 Ticket 105334 Ticket 105335 Edit: I understand this but cannot gain access to the account from a 2fa enabled that I no longer have. I provided a plethora of verification information to staff to remove the 2FA and this was days and days ago. No response then someone wastes more time to send me a email saying it’s been forwarded to the anti fraud department. What fraud ?? The last email asked for proof it’s my account I sent so much proof your head would spin yet still no response and still 2FA is enabled. Like come on it’s a 2 second fix here but with Freewallet it’s a 2 month fix with anything ! Please fix this today !
Bitcoin Gold not supported, Bad Customer Service

Just downloaded the latest version to my iPhone, and I could not find how to include Bitcoin Gold (they should support it according to their news). Also, when I want to ask them and click on Support, it hangs during loading the FAQ and during loading the channels („talk to us“). So, now possibility to contact. Their website‘s contact cannot be used too, since it says „captcha verification failed“, although there is no captcha on the mobile website.

For 3 days now, they’ve held onto my money. Same automated response after every inquiring about my money. Had BCC transferred to BTC at 3am on Sunday morning, still have not received my BTC or my BCC back. They say they are processing my return, which still hasn’t came, and BCC has dropped $400 since I transferred it to BTC. BTC has gone up by $500 after value at transfer. So they not only still have my funds, I actually would lose money from time of transfer if I got them back. The whole point of investing in crypto is to make gains, well how can you when they lie and steal your money. They’re criminals. How are they allowed on the App Store? I’m talking to quite a few people along with legal representation to file a class action lawsuit.

This app worked until I deposited into it and now I can’t get it to open. It will close as soon as it opens. Oh well it wasn’t that much but I’d be weary to put anything else in it.

I’ve had a transaction hanging for over 24 hours from BCH to DASH using their in-app exchange function. My BCH is gone, and the target DASH address has activity in it (an input and output for an amount of Dash close to but significantly less than the promised exchange rate, 1.16 at time of trade, here is the address on the DASH blockchain: Xb3sAeEvEec2q2b7EZr4MCWoNqw6tF5YiT) but is empty, and the wallet does not show any balance or notice that it was received. In-app support does not work, in-app chat does not work, does not refresh accurately. I’m extremely concerned that they have just picked my pocket, and I’m honestly shocked that Apple allows this app on their store. I would like to get this resolved, but there is no one to help and I would urge a prospective user NOT to use this service for any reason. UPDATE: After a solid week of social pressure on reddit with other users who have been treated poorly by this service, the transaction did finally clear, shockingly (but not unexpectedly) at a lower rate than was agreed upon when the transaction was initially undertaken, amounting to a nontrivial loss on my end. I have moved all my assets out of the wallet, which cost an additional, very high fee on top of the standard network/mining fees that go with any crypto transaction. This is a scam. Apple should pull this from their store, it has no place in any even lightly moderated app market.
