Not truly a freewallet

brj62293

Cost $7 to exchange to other currencies and send, I regret sending my minergate earnings here............

Fees way too high

Ravenscythe

Fees are way to high to send money (eth and Monero) no way to set gas (Gwei) and choose your own fees. Super lame wallet. AVOID!

Not worth fowloading

griffeenn

They cannot handle the volume. Your tokens disappear randomly! They are the weakest link. Yet when i joined them. It seemed to be the best platform. But now it is just a nightmare. And after reading the reviews. They have time to react to each review. But they had to start over and delete all support tickets. Lol. Stay away from this app and site. They have no idea what they are doing.

Trash

This app is trash, their support it trash, pretty sure they are just scamming people. I transfers crypto to one of my wallets transaction never went through after days now. I submitted 2 tickets go support and then I get an email with an excuse saying they are receiving a lot of tickets so to solve that problem they were closing all tickets without solving any issues. Submitted new tickets still yet to hear back. And boy am I glad I didn’t use your exchange cause there is nowhere that says anything about limits and then in your mass email saying your ignoring everyone’s problems you mention that there is a $100 minimum on exchanges and if you sent anything under that you were not getting a refund. Find a different app is all I can say. You would be better off cold storing your coins in your glove box.

Coin cravings

Like the app so far, just waiting for more coins to come, like ripple... please

SCAM!!!!

gigix_89

I sent my Litecoin of $471.97 from Coinbase in hope to exchange for Ripple coins. After 3 hrs, the pending page is no where to be found on the app and my fund is still ZERO coins. I cannot even load the support page on the app. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Do not use this wallet

Robz83

The concept is awesome and when it worked (the first day I downloaded it) things went well. Now...I have many coins stuck in Steem and I have a Monero transaction unaccounted for but shows “complete.” I have sent numerous e-mails to support, and literally no help. Many canned or auto responses. I received a response from a human I think and it wasn’t helpful at all. I have had coins stuck in here for 21 Days now!

Caution. Is not free and for a while, I LOST $1000’s!!!

I am going to review and warn people everywhere I can about this. I have used many other online wallets and exchanges. My hope was to use this service as a way to temporarily store coins until I could get them into my offline wallets and to be able to see the balances of them all in one place faster than having to wait to get home to my PC. The only two large transactions I made, were on January 3rd, 2018. I made an EOS withdrawal of $522, which was sent very slowly from their wallet 3 days later, and an XEM deposit of $2,345 which has yet to be received by their wallet, (confirmed as sent and received on the blockchain at the time of transfer) were horrendous experiences. The representative I was emailing with claimed I did not put in a message for the XEM transfer (obviously before even checking the transaction hash). I explained that I had, and sent screen shots of the transaction directly from the NEM blockchain, MY XEM Wallet, and my Freewallet account showing that I indeed, included all the necessary information and that it was correct and typo free. The back and forth between their support team, without resolution, was not worth it. I received very generic responses (not including the auto responses) from individuals on their support team, obviously before even checking the information themselves, saying that I needed to include the transaction hash, even when the hash and screen shot from the blockchain was posted (not attached) in the very first request for support. I have used numerous other exchanges and wallets and never had this much of an issue (even when I was just starting, before I had earned over 100k USD in crypto) or this many issues getting them resolved. If anyone has questions please feel free to contact me. I have screen shots of all of our emails back and forth and I will post them everywhere I can because this was in no way at all my fault. You’ll see many of their customers and even the NEM website calling them a SCAM!!!!! and they may be right... It took nearly 16 days and 9 emails for my issue to be resolved) but it was indeed resolved. Edit 1: Re (EOS): At 3:22PM on January 6th, 2018 (3 days) my EOS was finally returned to me. I am still waiting to hear about the XEM. I will update you all once I can confirm the return of that cryptocurrency as well. Edit 14: (XEM) (Thursday, January 18th, 2018 at this point... THOUSANDS STILL MISSING!!!) I am being patient. However, I have replied with all of the necessary information to remedy the situation via repeated and unnecessary back and forth emails with the FreeWallet support team. I understand that with the exploding volume of the customer base expanding and with the growing popularity of cryptocurrecy, a resolution will take some time. I will continue to update my review accordingly. As of right now... (Nearly 15 days is a long time to verify a transaction in the block chain especially when a “live” human representative was provided with a screenshot as proof that the message was correct and the hash). The market can change tremendously in that amount of time, and as my ticket is already open and assigned to a rep l find 14 days a bit unreasonable. (Update: market actually crashed while Free Wallet was in possession of my XEM coins... glad it wasn’t my life savings or something phew!!!) That is a huge disservice to your customers. Response to generic reply from developer: (Who responded with the notion that I made typos or forgot the message) Those reasons are for the delays are indeed incorrect. The EOS address was correct. (Screenshots were provided directly from the block chain confirming 100% accuracy) Free Wallet took over 3 days to process the transfer. Whatever excuse there is for that, it belongs to Free Wallet, so own it. The exchange I used to send the EOS to Free Wallet took less than an hour. The NEM (XEM) address and message were BOTH included AND correct. I sent multiple emails with screen shots of this. Maybe you should look at those emails personally, and stop speculating the possibilities of what could have happened. Then, help fix the situation, instead of playing damage control. I will continue to update this post until the situation is resolved. The screen shots and emails clearly show the date, time, message, hash, sender, and recipient. You can see all information supplied was accurate... if you actually would have read the message. Which, I am not at all surprised that you did not, before replying with a almost scripted answer response to my review. This “expedited resolution” makes me wonder about the normal resolution times. ? Let me confirm that I will update this review EVERYDAY until the XEM which you have for whatever reason transferred into one of YOUR wallets, as confirmed by the blockchain, is returned to its rightful owner. Based on the amount in that wallet, I am not the only one that this has happened to. Free Wallet appears to be HODL a lot of poor victims XEM coins!!! I will accept your apology once I get the service my transactions in and out of your “free” wallet have more than paid for. Edit 16: I accept your apology as of TODAY on January 19th, 2018. The XEM I sent with the correct information has now arrived @ 3:19AM into my Free Wallet account. I was able to remove it immediately... and it did not take long (less than 2hrs) to send to a different wallet and have the transaction complete. So I have to give Free Wallet their credit for that. I hope your level of service and customer communication improves. I am going to upgrade my rating to three stars because Free Wallet did keep the communication lines open and eventually (nearly 16 days later) resolved the issue. I am going to edit this review because people need to know that this can happen to them as well. I am in a position that I can get by with this type of loss, but some people depend on every cent they have to get through life. Remember that Free Wallet?.

Great app needs more wallets

Father-God

Needs Sumokoin, Zec coin, zec cash, NXT, DIX, Pandacoin wallet and more, also I want it to have a mining option so we can mine from the app and have all the pools integrated so we just click the button and start hashing
