Is this a joke?? – Freewallet Multi Crypto Wallet Review

Got a new phone and now I’m locked out of my account... transferred my 2fa even and it tells me that it’s now invalid. So contacted support for help and gave them everything to verify that it is my account. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still locked out. They have told me they turned off the 2fa at least half a dozen times now but guess what!? IT’S STILL ON! And... I STILL CAN’T ACCESS MY FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT! And add on to that I sent three messages to them just today to tell them that contrary to what they keep telling me, I still cannot log in... NO RESPONSE! I’m more than annoyed with this. I put $300 into this and for me, that’s a lot to lose! This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you are considering this app/website/crypto-wallet. I had transferred my 2fa codes to my new phone but you guys keep telling me that it was my responsibility except for the part where you guys even confirmed that the 2fa wasn’t working and had me prove my identity so you guys could just turn it off. But that still hasn’t worked... Ticket ID is 92019.
